Great, but not great for my personality.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The overall experience has been great in providing new knowledge but stifling by not allowing nursing to work at the top of their license. The focus is on research but nurses are the ones that carry out the research. Focus on research even if the nursing team stays 20 years behind.

St. Jude has a culture driven by our mission.

It has historically been a fantastic place to work. I never thought I would ever leave. Things have changed in recent years, however my whole heart believes in the mission
