The geographical and time flexibility. We choose our own work schedule and work from wherever we want.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that I was able to meet a lot of different people and ask as many questions as I wanted, with honest answers. That enabled me to make a conscious choice about where I was going to work next with confidence
