What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like how easy it is to talk to leadership, ask questions, and generally stay in the loop.

Leadership team is seriously transparent about the state of the company and financial health. They break down problems in the open and share with the team.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

I love that our team can be remote but still get quality time in person at offsites and in our SF office.

The engineers on my team are awesome! Our velocity is pretty insane, and I enjoy working with them.

Super smart and driven folks who all relate to the company mission and problem we are solving for our customers

We have a solid team of skilled craftsmen who take pride in building and shipping. They value shipping the right thing over moving fast and breaking things. There's space to grow and lead and people you can learn from. Success here requires strong agency and ownership.

I liked the interview process—it was very thorough. It allowed me to gauge how much I wanted to work with the team, just as they were gauging how much they wanted to work with m

We care a lot about company values in our interview process and have a bar raiser type system where people not on the immediate hiring team interview people.

Recruiter communication was the best ive had so far

It's a formal process that generates a good signal on level, alignment, ownership and skills.

Talking to a customer who couldn't imagine a world before using our product.

Ability to wear multiple hats

Knowing that there is trust and benevolence from my coworkers, and not judgment

Delivering impactful work, bringing in new business, and working with colleagues on projects

Solving our customer's pain points makes me happiest at work. It's really gratifying to make someone else's work/life easier.
