What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel Statera has an exceptional leadership team. They exemplify a culture of openness, honesty, and value employee input. They have a clear and concise vision for the future and work hard to help everyone achieve their goals. Most have worked together for 10+ years which shows their passion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to take PTO as needed or work remote if necessary. Working in a place that not only recognizes but values employees having time for family and personal matters shows the commitment to employee satisfaction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team feels like a family. People are respectful, compassionate and enthusiastic about their work. Their is a feeling of comradery and teamwork. Employees can learn from each other and feel comfortable asking questions when they need help.
