Managing, delegating and trusting rather than trying to control.

There is complete silence all day every day, very little interaction.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs serious training to come to age with managment style or to be replaced. Management has zero team skills. There are NO team meetings or emails. If you need to know, hopefully you overhear.
