The leadership team tries very hard to make our work environment pleasant as well as fun.
They work hard along side of everyone else. That are approachable and supportive.
Easy to communicate with. Listens and understands concerns.
executive leadership isn't in touch with day to day business needs
Review from Operations Dept
They positioned the company to be taken over. From a private family Company to a publicly traded company.
treat people equally and not have other co workers feeling superior because of manager
EVERYTHING, their HR teams do not even know the correct state laws for the states they have businesses in. Payroll is constantly wrong and the Labor Board is overflowing with complaints against them.
Review from Operations Dept
Managing, delegating and trusting rather than trying to control.
when they create new products, they need to have end users on the project and listen to their input from day one.

Competitive wages are the best part.
The insurance and the holiday/sick
Salary, and bonuses. Plus healthcare is still low costing
I'm paid overtime, when it's needed and the bonus plan is is great.
Benefits are average to the market.
Not appreciated for the work done
Being paid correctly and having management CARE. Actually, managemant is so bad they do not even respond to emails
Review from Operations Dept
loyal employees do not get compensated for sticking with the company thru hard times. New employees that use Stewart as a spring board to the next gig get rewarded thru salaries and benefits and the ones that have stayed loyal are neglected.

Management needs serious training to come to age with managment style or to be replaced. Management has zero team skills. There are NO team meetings or emails. If you need to know, hopefully you overhear.
In my case, I was hired due to my experience in the industry and record of performance.
