The leadership team tries very hard to make our work environment pleasant as well as fun.
They work hard along side of everyone else. That are approachable and supportive.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Start looking are office space and remote jobs at each office. Wasted space
treat people equally and not have other co workers feeling superior because of manager
EVERYTHING, their HR teams do not even know the correct state laws for the states they have businesses in. Payroll is constantly wrong and the Labor Board is overflowing with complaints against them.
