Colleagues are the foundation of the company. if it wasn't for them outlook would be worrisome. Senior management needs more mentorship/training. Executives are rarely heard from. CEO is non existent. HR is non existent. Company needs more benefits 401k Matching, Unlimited Vacation, Company outings.

The people are the flagship of the company. We truly have the best co-workers and I genuinely look forward to my day in the office with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There needs to be semi annual compensation reviews, due to the fast paced office environment. 401k Matching, Unlimited Vacation are also a few benefits that should be available for a company of this size.
