Hostile work environment. Surgical Tech verbally abuses staff. Have reported to my supervisor and to the CEO of the center. Nothing has been done. I told both supervisor and CEO I was going to report the situation to HR and I was told not to.

It's hard to find anything positive about the environment.

EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Would you want to work at a place where the "F" bomb is used all the time and there is no respect for others?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management lets the actions of a few ruin the center for the rest. One scrub tech curses continually and loudly in front of other workers and patients.
