EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Would you want to work at a place where the "F" bomb is used all the time and there is no respect for others?
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical insurance and dental were good

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have 26 + years of experience and have always excelled at all positions and tasks that I have either been assigned or volunteered for. I take my positions seriously with integrity, teamwork and respect for everyone. I am also humble and will jump in without a second thought to help in every area.

If the patients and staff were treated respectfully
Value was never given. Compensation?
I am not valued, if I were I would be fairly compensated for my work
Some people because they are not a nurse or in the OR are not looked upon as mattering to the company!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Staff input is requested and considered. Issues are addressed quickly and fairly.

Teamwork, teamwork, teamwork! Kindness and support go a long long way as well! I keep going back because I truly love my co workers (most) and my superiors

The center is a hostile place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teamwork and the open door policy where you feel welcome to voice your concerns or share ideas and give and get feedback
That after 8 hours I can go home
It's hard to find anything positive about the environment.

What makes you most happy at work?
Pampering my patients when they are usually pretty anxious about having a procedure, offering to step up for any and every thing to assist co workers and make their day a little less stressful whenever possible
Comforting the patients and giving them the care I would want my mom or child to receive. Always going above and beyond to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, cared for with genuine love. I also am very blessed to have co workers that I truly love and feel the same from them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management lets the actions of a few ruin the center for the rest. One scrub tech curses continually and loudly in front of other workers and patients.
My manager made discriminatory remarks about me and was highly inconsistent. Processes changed literally every 24 hours
