Nurses either work with no techs or the techs are allowed to sleep all night while patients sit in urine and are not rounded on. This is the most neglectful and unsafe hospital I have ever worked at. The culture is to just look the other way. Safety instances and reports are not done or looked at.

Everything. Communication, holding employees accountable, Keeping ratios safe and caring about patient safety.
