HR protects management; supervisor and colleagues are untrustworthy, Gathering evidence for fair compensation review results in immediate denial. Discussing concerns and advocate for recognition and appropriate compensation generally result in reprimand. Gatekeeping is real.

Because the rate of pay is not competitive and benefits are always rising and they took away retirement

I have committed many yrs of service to operations and patients yet have never been given the opportunity to get promoted along with the education and experience.

TGH Hospital does provide good benefits and a work-life balance that is generally satisfactory for medical staff. The healthcare packages and perks offered are commendable and can be appealing to potential employees in the medical field.

Get this of most of middle management and replace with rank and file employees who actually provide care to patients. Get rid of most of corporate. Stop micromanaging employees (they can't, their models inherently micromanage). Respect employees time and actually support a work life balance.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Diverse perspectives group interviews allow employers to assess how candidates interact and collaborate with others. However, this is not the case. Groups are no longer involved during interviews anymore and decision is solely made by an inexperienced supervisor through a single interview.

I like that the interview process of certain positions are a multi person process
