Mr. Motty Katz has been President of Turbochrome at TAT Technologies, Ltd since October 2015. Mr. Katz served as Chief Operations Officer - Turbochrome, Engineering Officer - Turbochrome and Site Manager - Turbochrome at TAT Technologies, Ltd., since October 2015. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Katz served as Operations and Engineering manager at Turbochrome Ltd., from 1994 to 2015. Prior to that, he served as Head of Engineering Department at Turbochrome Ltd., from 1986 to 1994. Prior to that Mr. Katz worked as Chemical & Metallurgical Laboratory Manager at Turbochrome Ltd., from 1983 to 1986. Prior to that Mr. Katz served as laboratory metallurgical engineer at Turbochrome Ltd., from 1979 to 1983. Prior to Turbochrome, Mr. Katz served as researcher at Ben Gurion University as well as a lecturing and Lab Instructor for 2 years from 1977 to 1979. During his 37 years career with Turbochrome (formerly ??? Chromalloy Israel), he was in charge of developing the most advanced Turbochrome's repair capabilities as well as development of manufacturing lines advanced products. Mr. Katz holds a B.Sc in Materials Engineering and M.Sc. in Materials Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.

Mr. Guy Nathanzon has been Chief Financial Officer at TAT Technologies, Ltd. since July 1, 2015. Mr. Nathanzon served as Chief Financial Officer of Altair Semiconductor Ltd. from 2011 to 2015. Mr. Nathanzon served as Chief Financial Officer of Clarizen, Inc. Mr. Nathanzon has 15 years of experience in senior financial management positions. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Provigent Inc. (for 10 years) from 2001 to 2011. He was part of the senior management team and led all financial and legal areas at Provigent. Before joining Provigent, he was Corporate Controller of ActionBase Ltd. He served as a Senior Auditor at the Israeli branch of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Master's in Business Administration, BA in Accounting (with honors) and LLB degrees from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Eyal Lipetz-Eliassi has been Executive Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at TAT Technologies, Ltd since May 12, 2017 and served as its Chief Sales & Marketing Officer since 2015 until May 12, 2017. Mr. Eliassi served as Chief Marketing Officer at TAT Technologies, Ltd. until 2015 and served as its Group Vice President Marketing since 2015. Mr. Eliassi joined TAT Technologies in 2015. Prior to joining TAT Technologies, Mr. Eliassi served as Israel Country Manager & Innovation Based Growth Leader at DuPont (www.dupont.com) and led various commercial transactions and international business development activities within the Finance, High-Tech and Aerospace sectors. Mr. Lipetz-Eliassi holds a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion ?? ' Israel Institute of Technology and M.A. in Business Administration from Manchester University.
