Teague is a great place to work! The people who work there are among the most talented group of people I've ever met/worked with. Managers work along side you and guide you when needed. You are able to have full ownership of your work. Your ideas are heard and you get to work on really cool projects

Everyone is so nice! We collaborate and share ideas often.

You start out with 4 weeks of PTO, which is above the average 2 weeks when you first start with a company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel heard. If there's something that needs to be changed, there isn't a lot of hierarchy or red tape that holds back needed change.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy working for a company that is making real change in the world. Teague is focused on human-centered design and they really think about how the design will live in an environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone I spoke to were really friendly. Gave me a good sense of the people I would be working with. I liked that top leaders are invested in the interview process and know that it's important who they hire.
