What do you like best about the leadership team?
Passionate, driven, smart, experienced, fun
I feel heard. If there's something that needs to be changed, there isn't a lot of hierarchy or red tape that holds back needed change.

Market competitive for a mid to small design firm

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexible work schedule. Team members push, challenge and support each other. Work hard, play hard; we have fun outside of project work.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone I spoke to were really friendly. Gave me a good sense of the people I would be working with. I liked that top leaders are invested in the interview process and know that it's important who they hire.

Ability to learn and grow, opportunity for promotions and filling different roles, willingness to change and adapt.
I enjoy working for a company that is making real change in the world. Teague is focused on human-centered design and they really think about how the design will live in an environment.
