It's a great way for people to get into tech, but the company is going through a typical adjustment period after being acquired. Values have shifted from the students to growth and new revenue streams and I'm not as proud of who we are anymore. It remains a very good way to get into programming

The people were able to give me their honest opinions about the organization and the difficulties of the job before I joined.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
PTO use is discouraged most of the year, doesn't roll over or pay out at the end of the year, and the company schedules mandatory events and trainings during times when people otherwise would use it.
