What do you like best about the leadership team?

Fairly open and approachable. Mission oriented and transparent

Transparency. They're always straightforward and have nothing to hide. They make it easy for people to ask questions and make you feel comfortable.

The leadership team is transparent, values input from everyone, and is amazing at making themselves available should we want to discuss anything.

Communication. We meet monthly as an organization to share progress on our current goals, talk about upcoming projects/event, introduce new hires and recognize the successes of current employees. They also keep things short and sweet, ending on time with room to address any questions.

Vetting the effectiveness of systems and strategies before heavily investing in them. Listening to ideas from others and not dismissing them as different or wrong. Respecting the organization's values and focus.
