I had an opportunity to meet with various stakeholders to get an overall feel for the team and it gave me an opportunity to ask a lot of questions.

There were many different folks involved in the interview process and everyone was very engaged in making sure it was a good fit all around.

I appreciated the speed with which I was communicated during my interview process. I felt like I was always in the loop of my status and my emails/questions were always quickly addressed.

The people were able to give me their honest opinions about the organization and the difficulties of the job before I joined.

Interviewing for an instructor position actually had me doing a short lesson for the interviewers. It really felt like they had a good sense of who I was an an instructor to make their decision.

The people I got to interview with were able to talk honestly to me and without bias or marketing spin.

The interview process was very thorough, but I loved having the opportunity to talk in-depth and transparently about the company and our mutual expectations before accepting the position.
