I love working on my team at my company. I feel that my voice is heard and that at the company I have been able to grow and will have the opportunity for a career. I have concerns about some other members at the company being added to our team because they don't fit and have negative work ethic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Amount of PTO - but I don't use it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team and working with our clients.

I think the leadership team has done a good job of making sure the company stays moving forward and growing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team I work for. I have two mentors who push me and help me grow. They support me to be my best every day and allow me to grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the team I work with directly. I am excited to work with them every day and I feel challenged and that I have amazing opportunities and chances for growth. I don't know if I would feel the same about my job and how positive I feel about the company if it were not for my team and the partners.
