The company is large, but not too large. I have been able to interact with many people in different departments and areas that are very smart and talented. Everyone contributes and works together well. People are not afraid to challenge others in a healthy way. There is a lot of opportunity.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm unclear on when I can and can't accumulate overtime pay. I would feel better if all of my overtime hours qualified for overtime pay.
