Perfect culture, amazing stock options, great benefits, But still think the pay should be at least 10%-15% more. (Support team specifically) I say this since different companies in the industry offered 65k base. However, they don't have the same stock options so TTD definitely has the upside

Employee stock option best, benefits and perks second, actual compensation about average.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
leadership is very forward thinking industry wise and internally. Great culture. Commissions can be very confusing but it is being worked on. Amazing employee stock options. Managers tend to be on the younger side with lower experience. Just need to be patient.
