Amazing benefits that are entirely paid for by the company. Employees pay nothing!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fast moving and winning culture. Can be intense but there are huge rewards for being all in.
it is based on our values and we really stay true to it day to day
Clarity of vision and objectives, total trust and respect throughout the fiber of the organization.
Summer hours, employee lunches, morale events, annual morale event.
everyone makes time to help each other and it feels really healthy. It's a hard working, grounded culture with a lot of laughter.

What did you like most about the interview process?
How they vetted for the whole person.
People really asked questions about getting to know who I am as a person and about my life outside work experience.
The ability to get a 360 degree view of the organization and gaining an appreciation for the culture.
too many interviews but otherwise positive
The questions that were asked were more about my life experience than my career experience. It felt like they were trying to get to know me--not just my resume.
