There are some members of the leadership team that seemingly do nothing and have a terrible attitude being held up by the team below.
leadership is very forward thinking industry wise and internally. Great culture. Commissions can be very confusing but it is being worked on. Amazing employee stock options. Managers tend to be on the younger side with lower experience. Just need to be patient.
