The leadership does not care about the employees. They pretend to and make a good show of it, but will lie through the teeth to get you into a position.

The compensation is fine what they don't tell you is you have to make it 3 months before they pay you what you should be paid.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings consist of them desperate to get paid, or in some way shape or form getting more business.
