The salary is very low, especially considering the constant pressure, lack of personnel, Etc. Overtime work without any remuneration, not even a thank you. No training to IT staff. They take on very few IT staff and increasingly downsize the sector.

They should consider employees as people and not as numbers.

TMF does not hire sufficient personnel in the IT area. My co-workers and I are almost always "putting out fires".
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They should pay salaries commensurate with the requirement, take on sufficient personnel. Train people based on the tasks they perform. TMF does none of that.
