What do you like best about the leadership team?
Helpful and very considerate to their superior
They have a vision, theyre actively working towards it and they are approachable and supportive

Their energy, positivism and that they are always reachable and approachable.
I think they need to start thinking of better stategic plans vs current way of planning which changes every year including company goals (of next 5 years)

They should consider employees as people and not as numbers.
