I really enjoy the work that I do on a day-to-day basis. The people here are great to work with. The occasional events that Top Hat has to offer are really great and I hope more occurs in the future to cultivate that company culture (in the hybrid environment). Really love the remote-first approach.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager and team. The fact that I have lots of autonomy with the work that I do. The remote-first mindset (you can go to the HQ whenever you feel like it).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love my PTO package and think it's enough. The health benefits and spending accounts coverage is amazing (love how coverage is backdated to your first day of work here). Stock options granted suit my role's value to the organization. The salary fits market level for my role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They provide great opinions and feedbacks. Great team to toss ideas around. They encourage you to pursue your interests or figure out a new project to work on here. People are willing to help if needed. Also, you are encouraged to share your knowledge, opinions, and ideas with no judgement.
