The leadership team has changed drastically over the past three years. Most of them are good leaders. Some are deeply underqualified.
They have brought clarity and alignment to the org. You can talk to any of the execs anytime, slack them book a meeting and they are there for you, seem authentic.
Our leadership team has all A-players who have taken companies from small enterprises to large tech firms. The team is also personable and easy to connect with regardless of your level.

I love my PTO package and think it's enough. The health benefits and spending accounts coverage is amazing (love how coverage is backdated to your first day of work here). Stock options granted suit my role's value to the organization. The salary fits market level for my role.
The benefits are extensive and there's bi-annual performance reviews/ opportunities to leverage higher pay.
Despite being an integral part of the Revenue team and being a differentiator between other competitors, the Onboarding team is the lowest paid in Revenue. Salaries and compensation are not transparent and the lack of investment in a team that is supposedly extremely valuable is sad.
