Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Despite being an integral part of the Revenue team and being a differentiator between other competitors, the Onboarding team is the lowest paid in Revenue. Salaries and compensation are not transparent and the lack of investment in a team that is supposedly extremely valuable is sad.
