Transparency of role and compensation
Despite being an integral part of the Revenue team and being a differentiator between other competitors, the Onboarding team is the lowest paid in Revenue. Salaries and compensation are not transparent and the lack of investment in a team that is supposedly extremely valuable is sad.
Amazing people. Meaningful work. Growth potential. A mission that is noble and important. What more could you ask for?
Working at Top Hat can be fun and rewarding at its best, but hectic and exhausting at its worst. The company is growing quickly which makes burnout a real workplace hazard. Lots of turnover, but the flip side is that there are lots of opportunities to advance if you can stick it out.
