Everything is wrong. No structure. Growing to fast and not sure how to handle it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was truly paid for what i do that would be a start. They claim we are all paid to do what we are supposed to and are expected to do more to be paid more. But its a matter of sho is really in there line of sight the most to get a raise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lead by example. We are a vitamin and supplement company. A health and wellness company. Employees are diciplined for working with other companies or using other products and yet executive staff and act as ambassadors to other vitamin brands wiyhout reprocussion.
