I get to come in each day and assist both hospital patients as well as visitors by getting wheelchairs, helping with bags, walkers etc. and park and retrieve their cards. At times I can even offer comfort.

I enjoy supervising my team and teaching them what they all should know about customer service. I'm glad that I am still learning every day and I have quite a bit experience. I love it.
