The leadership of Towne Park is not afraid to pitch in where ever needed in what ever position needed. It's not uncommon to see Senior Management parking cars and helping with luggage.

That they work as a team for the most part and if they have any questions they ask the supervisor or manager

They listen to their associates

That we all work together as a team and work/walk with a purpose.

Better scheduling, better organization better team

SUPPORT - actually supporting ALL Managers in the company, not just the ones they see as cash cows! There is little support to the "little guy" sites that pre COVID were mocked & put aside as not important. Hey, guess what, COVID hit, those were the ones still making $. Yet, we were still ignored.

The paid time off is nice to have.

I love the PTO I receive once a year. It's nice being able to get that "bonus" for doing extra work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Zero benefits of any kind. Provide work/live balance for salaried managers.

Pay is extremly low, we are not respected, employement expects for us to go above and beyond, very undervalued

The pay gap between male and female employees holding the same positions is still huge. It doesn't matter if the female has more education and experience. Male employees who join the company, get promoted faster, and paid much higher salaries.

I feel valued, but the company underpays and to wait a year for health benefits is crazy. So is the very conservative paid time off policy.

I made it a point to maintain positivity daily - keep my direct staff happy and enjoying their jobs - without knowing the struggles of making everything work with little to no support from upper management

Getting to see the therapy dogs is the highlight of everyone's day there at the hospital.

The adaptability that we are extended

Seeing the regular guests who come in brings us all joy, especially if they bring their therapy dogs in too.

The fact that it was a conversation not only looking at me

I liked that the interview wasn't hard or I wasnt nervous while speaking. Also that I was asked not just random questions but ones that needed to be known about what I'm able to do.
