What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the health insurance packages available. My family rarely pays out-of-pocket for medication and doctor's visits because of employer HSA contributions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has really focused on us employees holding the position of partners. This stems into everything we do as a company.

I really appreciate the transparency provided from the top down. I feel like the leadership team does a good job of keeping the organization aligned.

My team is full of creative and talented people. You can trust everyone and collaborate to create something better than any one person could do alone.

The interview process has changed a bit since I started, but I appreciate the thoughtfulness in vetting potential candidates and finding people who match the culture.
