What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation (upon manager approval)

I think that the package allows for the employees to concentrate on the work at hand and knowing their family from a benefits standpoint is covered.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have one team building activity per month and regularly go out to social events together, so we're able to form close relationships.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company practices a 'one-team mindset' to try and prevent different departments from working in silos. We've grown a lot, so it has been difficult to keep up with, but we're all adjusting and utilizing the right tools to better communicate.
