I absolutely love it here. I feel the pay and benefits are good. My only worry is layoffs that seem to happen often each year.

I can't believe they even have a survey! I sat on hold for an hour and 35 minutes the first time The second time two hours and 15 minutes meanwhile the brokers absolutely live it that is taking this long to use their package system. They're saying like what's the point even at this point!
Overall positive, lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Have to be okay with moving fast, and taking changes. We're growing and changing and flexibility is key.
