Truckstop.com has one of the most competitive compensation packages in the area. They pay way above minimum wage for lower tier positions and provide things like unlimited PTO for salaried employees.

They value balance. They are flexible with working around schedules for emergencies, etc. They also offer paid time off for things like community service projects and encourage people to give back to the community.
