Culture, culture, culture. Leadership strives to make sure everyone can work together and will work together as a team. Everyone gets along and respects each other. It's an amazing fit.

Very transparent and very serving. They really care about the employees at Truckstop.com and want everyone to excel. They're not just in it for themselves, they truly care about customers and employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is on the same page and works as a team. They are willing to step in and help, as well as step up and do their job. It's extremely positive and is reflective of all aspects of the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a conversation, instead of a formal interview. I truly felt like they wanted to get to know me and making sure I was a good culture fit. They also cared about getting my questions answered. Making sure I felt it was a good fit for myself as well.
