I got to meet my entire team and learn what everyone's roles are and how I would fit in to the team.

We have one team building activity per month and regularly go out to social events together, so we're able to form close relationships.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are more transparent than many other companies I've work for. It helps all of us better understand our goals and how to accomplish them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company practices a 'one-team mindset' to try and prevent different departments from working in silos. We've grown a lot, so it has been difficult to keep up with, but we're all adjusting and utilizing the right tools to better communicate.
