What do you like best about the leadership team?
Willing to listen and trust their teams. Provide support to those employees both at the workplace and outside the workplace to ensure a healthy work/life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that the package allows for the employees to concentrate on the work at hand and knowing their family from a benefits standpoint is covered.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting the group that I would be working with together so that I could get a feel of the team dynamic and know what I was in for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I am on is very cohesive and works extremely well together. We each have our own strengths and overlap in strengths that complement each other very well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the focus on doing your best but extending that to not only your work life but your home life and understanding that dynamic and having it built into the culture.
