What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy the collaborative nature of the technology, product and design teams. I am part of a group that manages a feedback form that actively solicits employee ideas. We work hard to implement each and every one we can. The culture is innovative in every way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From "free Fridays" where the team enjoys a beverage in the afternoon to larger social events held each month after our company wide meetings, the culture is one where you work hard and play hard. Our office manager is amazing and the events for employees are inclusive, fun, and easy to attend!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The TK leadership team is dedicated to understanding the industry to ensure that decisions and strategy set us up for success. I report to the CEO and there is never a doubt in my mind that he has "done his homework". I appreciate the transparency he provides and the openness around decision making.
