work is work when you work for a company, ive meet friends and developed good relationships with co workers. I'm not on easy street but it could be wORst. I wont quit cause I'm comfortable but i don't recommend trying to gain employment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
paying their employees on time, and respect them better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that we have a job for now and employees are unhappy yet friendly.

doing a detailed background check and limiting number of traffic violations to qualify

id feel better if we got treated like human beings but that's what you get when you work for huge companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
that's we all have the same complaints and that has brought us closer , kind of an us against them. (workers vs company)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
uber drivers are getting bad reputations, peak hour rates are extremely high and getting higher, drivers getting lost or showing up at wrong locations, charging for rides they cancle on.
