Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The starting pay rate is so low and the company bases raises off of percentages. Any percent of the employee's base pay is minuscule and makes no difference in the employee's financial lives. Management will lead you through loops just to tell you they "aren't doing raises right now".
