What did you like most about the interview process?
The most difficult part was not the interview process but it was getting the confirmation to get the interview! The thing I liked most was actually getting the interview so it was easy because I came well prepared and confident that I had the experience and qualifications and ambition to do the job
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoyed the opportunity to work in remote places that you would not normally go to otherwise. I always thought of it as a no expenses, paid holiday doing FIFO work and getting a close up view of the beautiful and rugged Australian landscape. I enjoy the friendships and camaraderie of my workmates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
UGL foster's a culture where everybody feels valued and respected. They encourage everybody to raise any concerns or problems before they escalate and you can be confident they will address them effectively and efficiently. Working at UGL we really are engineering solutions for a better tomorrow!
