Extremely undervalued as an employee. Straight from college i was sold a dream that I'd bonus consistenlty and progress into another roll in the company w in 6 months if the work was put in. The work was done and they decreased incentives and i am still in tne same position after a year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers around me are positive. Upper management is the issue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the family shes built on the pod. Its always sad to see a member leave but its never because of her just the company
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Do not pitch a dream im sure you've been made aware is impossible to reach. Honesty is key because atleast allow me to make the decision of rather id like to work here.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The employees are not the problem. If you arent satisfied with the company in its self that will deteriorate the entire experience for you. My coworkers make work fun but im here to make a living and if its not worth it im not staying.
