Hostile work environment, people will ease drop on converstations and say something negative about you. Pay is ungodly low, 10% to 30% lower, they complain about people leaving when they dont pay us anything. Work life balace in my area was good, lots of vacation days, ez to manage life Worked in IT

The two people were the ones i work with every day, not some recruiter or other department member.

Not much, my management was usually always watching out for us as long as it doesnt hurt them. Other departments where cut throat and back stabbing to climb to their spot

They watched out for each other... depending on what it was. Very close team and did not like to interact with other IT departments due to hostility. Everyone is willing to help you with something and want you to learn
