Not much, my management was usually always watching out for us as long as it doesnt hurt them. Other departments where cut throat and back stabbing to climb to their spot

Very, very low pay, no raises, insurance prices go up every year.
i feel underpaid. everybody gets paid the same regardless of previous experience. previous experience is neglected.
They watched out for each other... depending on what it was. Very close team and did not like to interact with other IT departments due to hostility. Everyone is willing to help you with something and want you to learn
people are international, different backgrounds, nice
Coworkers are some decent people. Many are deadenders.

There's faculty. and then there's staff. And a great big divide between!
The two people were the ones i work with every day, not some recruiter or other department member.
