They need to make an investment in a real customer/employee support team and a real contact person you can call directly for escalated issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lots of labor intensive work, with long hours not honest about pay rate they often miscalculate wages and hours. A system of exploitation. They need to have a"real support team."
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing real support to employees not just chats. Honesty when it comes to pay, timelines overall improved organization and real structure in their operations. A real person you can call and speak directly to when you have issues or questions.
