My local manager was extremely rude, incomsiderate, lazy, and most of all unorganized. During my time there i had multiple instances of her bullying not only myself but other employees as well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be less negativity at storage in the mornings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I honestly havent seen the good side of it due to my local manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training prople thouroughly, treating employees with respect, following rules that were stated in fhe hiring process ( for example when i was hired i was told i woild get my schedule for 5 days out, but in reality i would only get a days notice)
