Working with favortistic management has been one of the hardest things ive had to deal with. Constantly being overworked because i am the best/fastest housekeeper we have while my coworkers that hardly lift a finger are being promoted because our manager likes them more than anyone else.
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing, i am constantly overworked and unhappy with my job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We dont need management to complete the work that is assigned to us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager that we had when i had my interview was a fantastic image for the company. Very professional, very nice
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There arent any positives. We got a new manager and it has resulted in the majority of the team wanting to quit because of her unprofessional attitude
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the amount of work that i do everyday i feel as if i deserve a promotion that i also feel there is no way of receiving. Ive asked several times to be trained for an inspector position and have worked hard for it just for it to be given to people whos work reflects that they dont care.
